Yes, because she tells them. In her first sentence Ava says she’s an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. If someone asks again, she says so again and offers to put them through to a person.
She gives the safety advice first, like turning the water off at the mains or getting out of the house. Then she puts the caller straight through to you. She isn’t a substitute for triple zero, and she says so.
Yes. You forward your calls to Ava: all the time, after hours, or only when you don’t pick up. Switch it off from your own phone whenever you like. Nothing is ported.
No. She tells callers you quote on site, so they know exactly what they’re up for before any work starts. If they push for a ballpark, she still won’t guess. She offers to book someone in.
Any time. There’s no contract. Turn the forwarding off and you’re back where you started. The setup fee isn’t refundable, because that work is done before you go live.
